We use AI as product infrastructure: specific, contextual and mostly invisible when the experience is working.
A timeline should feel like an editor. A barcode scanner should answer after the scan. A TV should work from the remote. We design around the surface before choosing the model.
Transcribe, structure, interpret, converse, automate. Each model call needs a concrete role in the product instead of existing as an “AI feature” on a checklist.
We prefer a working flow on the real device over a perfect mockup. That means video renders, WhatsApp webhooks, barcode scans and TV navigation get tested as systems.
